Our programs are for all travelers, for both international and domestic trips (more than 300 miles from your home). Our full suite of programs can be customized depending on the member’s needs, whether that is for pandemic assistance, or medical or security emergencies.

MEDICAL EVACUATION MEMBERSHIP: Members must be admitted for in-patient care, treatment, observation or testing at their home hospital of choice. There is no requirement the member be hospitalized at the place of injury or illness.SECURITY MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE: Members who select standard medical membership can choose to enroll in our security membership upgrade. Members will be repatriated back to their home in the case of government advised evacuation, civil unrest, natural disaster, war, terror or if they are in risk of imminent harm.

Medical Evacuation Membership: $1,000,000 per individual. Security Membership Upgrade: $250,000 per individual. Search and Rescue included in Medical and Security memberships: $25,000 per individual.

Yes, 99% of the time. We follow the guidance of our flight doctor and medical staff. If it is not in the best interest of the health and safety of our member to have others on board who have not met the “triggers” for the benefits, they can fly home commercially. When there is space on board and it does not risk health and safety, we can transport other members of the party.

We oversee all the logistics of ambulances, air ambulances, aviation, and ground logistics to get our members home. We have partnerships with global vetted air ambulances, charter aviation groups, deployable and local security teams for quick reaction to our members including transportation to and from the airport.

Yes. We have a flight doctor and any other medical staff needed for the health and safety of our members, including EvacMD in-house medical direction.

We will arrange for medical transport all the way back to the member’s home or hospital of choice.

Medical Evacuation and Security Membership: No blanket country restrictions (excluding Iran and North Korea). No cruises longer than 15 days.

Evac MD provides emergency medical transportation around the globe. We maintain a network of vetted air ambulance providers and resources around the world to ensure access to the safest, most appropriate aircraft and medical crew. We are not beholden to our own fleet and can offer members flexibility of providers located in various areas of the world.

Name updates such as “I got married and changed my name” are fine. New members should buy separate policies. We do not “share” membership days.

Yes, they would buy a new membership for the new trip whether they needed to be evacuated or not.

Our memberships are not trip dependent. Often, our members choose to buy this for a specific trip and end up using it on a different trip at a later date.
